I've been working in south Texas since early May and it hotter in Oklahoma now than it is down here, even with the higher humidity.

I spoke with someone today that said all it has done in the Houston area is rain Cry If that is true I wish it would move up this way.
Good to hear from you Jim, take care and try to stay cool.

Its about to kick my ass.  In general, I don't have to work outside at "work" all that much but the last week thats all we've done.  I don't seem to notice it that much during the day, but in the evening when I get home I feel like I've been ran over by a truck.

Leaving Saturday morning for Inzane.  Nothing like a 1000 miles of 100+ temps to start the week.

Had a great trip, and Inzane was a blast.  It was pretty warm on the ride up.  Did 870 miles on Saturday, and the rest on Sunday.  On the return trip, I rode with HayHauler, Disco, and TJ (Texans).  We rode 720 miles Sunday, and I did the remaining on Monday morning.  Wasn't really bad until I hit Oklahoma....boy was it hot.

Can't say that I noticed anything special about the way it ran, Russell.  I guess I'd have to ride it to give my opinion.

if your ever in my neck of the woods I will let you ride my bike.
I guess what I was trying to ask is if he had any problems with his bike. I am sure Disco is a sane rider and not a hot rodder. He has not said much about how it runs he just wants to know how mine gets 107 hp and his don't. I am not giving away all my tricks....lol

If he paid to have those tricks, I guess I could understand why he would want to know that. Smiley

He didn't have any problems with it that I'm aware of.  He was in fuel conserve mode on the trip back from michigan because he was the only std tank amoungst the group.

Hey Scott, We did what we knew how to do to Dave's bike. Since his bike was done we have probably done 5 or six 6 more bikes and like everything in life, the more you do it the better you get at it. We have found some small ways to up the hp on the bikes that we were not aware of when we did Dave's bike. Were not that much into the bolt on bling but more into performance so we are always working on and looking for ways to create hp that does not put us in the poor house. Since my bike is always handy and I do not mind tearing it down and "tweaking" on it at times it has more hp than Dave's does. My offer still stands, if you are ever up this way and want to take my bike for a ride you are more than welcome to it.

I'll more than likely take you up on that offer, given the chance. Cheesy

Maybe one of these days we can hook up and visit offline about what you guys have accomplished so far.
