I believe that Oklahoma is the only state now in which tattooing is illegal.  Let's hope they don't ban motorcycles too...

Oklahoma and South Carolina.....and in florida it is highly regulated.

Motorcycles won't ever be banned.....there is too much money to be made in that industry. Tattooing as an industry doesn't have enough leverage, especially here in the bible belt.

I have no interest in a tattoo, but I have no beef with anyone that does.
