I will try to be there.  I'm all about the burger!   And riding with some good friends is good too!!!   Tim, you do know since you are putting this together the rules are you can't ride sweep, you have to lead!

Besides Inzane I plan on doing a 30hr rally in early June on the old 750.  It will be starting and ending in Broken Arrow.  The Hopeless Rally is for motorcycles less than 500cc or more than 30 years old.  The winner of this rally will receive a invitation to the Iron Butt Rally but only in the hopeless catagory.  Wish me luck, I'll need it for sure.

BTW... I'll post a link to my spot tracking device if anybody wants to follow me online during the rally

I've been working in south Texas since early May and it hotter in Oklahoma now than it is down here, even with the higher humidity.

OH SH!T   How close was the fires to your home and hospital?  I thought my 4th sucked because I had to leave home at 1pm and come back down here to South Texas,  I hope everybody in your area is at least safe and their property too.  Good Luck.

Has anybody heard from Rumblebee?  He lives close to I-40 and Mustang Rd.
10  Sooner Valks / General Board / Mastercard Day PRICELESS on: May 22, 2011, 10:31:41 AM
I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to everybody yesterday.  Days like that don't happen often enough,  I got to ride almost 350 miles, spend the day with my kid and grandkids and get to see some longtime friends and meet new ones.  Dylan had a day he won't soon forget especially because of the "hunting" lessons,  I'll remind him of it everytime I can in front of his friends, especially the female kind!  Grin   Somehow we missed all of the rain and I stopped in Mcalister and let Dylan ride and we got home at midnight.
I hope we don't go so long without another get together.  Thank you Bud Man you did a great job!

Because of my job I won't be able to get down to Robbers Cave until Saturday afternoon and will have to leave after dinner.  I look forward to seeing everybody Saturday.  I have a project in south Texas that has really screwed up my riding plans because I won't get home until late Friday night and I have to leave Sunday afternoon on the weekends that I do get home.

Tim... If I have to get patted down at Will Rogers I want a tall shapely blond FEMALE to do it.   Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

I know that won't be a fun trip with everything happening, but maybe with some fresh air and time to yourself it won't be so bad.  I hope you and your family have had a good Easter together.  Ride Safe and Good Luck

Normally it will be a little warm during the day but should be real nice at night.  It's still a month away so no telling.
14  Sooner Valks / General Board / Re: any suggestions.... on: April 12, 2011, 10:08:09 AM
I don't remember exactly what that screw looks like, but if part of the head is still there I would try to loosen it carefully with visegrips before drilling it and taking a chance of breaking a easyout in the screw.  If all else fails you can drill out the screw, and retap or helicoil the bolt hole. I'll be home this weekend if I can be of any assistance.  We'll get you down to Robbers Cave one way or another.  Good Luck

Blackjack,  Are you going to be able to make it to Robbers Cave in May?
