well i got mine out but not apart yet. Seems i have the same thing bad on mine as tracy did. in trying to take mine apart i have cracked the clutch center. a extra $73 plus when i ordered disc's i didn't get the one i really need thats bad like tracy's.

i haven't looked at the manual yet, but what type tools did you have to make/have?
last clutch i did was on my '85 1200 goldwing hope it's as easy/simple as i barely remember doing that one, other then i had to pull the whole engine out , wich i know i don't this time

it seams that last summer when i had the over heating problem i worped my clutch plates and need to change it. it will not fully disengage
i would like to know if anyone has change one resently and if theres any problem i should expext/look for?
